1. Service Agreement

By engaging Wamkinpi's services, you agree to these terms. All work is performed in accordance with Malaysian automotive standards and best practices.

All repairs carry a 30-day workmanship warranty. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues unrelated to completed work. Vehicle inspection is your responsibility before service approval.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours before appointment are free. Late cancellations incur 50% of estimated service cost.

5. Data Protection

Your personal data is collected only for service delivery. We comply with data protection regulations and will never share your information without consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Limitation of Liability

Wamkinpi's liability is limited to the cost of services rendered. We assume no responsibility for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes shall be resolved through informal negotiation or legal proceedings in Kuala Lumpur courts.
